Consultation & quotes
All services begin with a consultation and assessment. We provide a craft direction and quote for each garment, and start work only after your confirmation.
Turnaround time
Standard alterations take about 5–7 working days; bridal and gowns about 10–14 working days. Rush arrangements can be discussed. Actual timing depends on the garment and the work involved.
Fittings
Bridal and gown projects typically include 1–2 fittings within the quote. If further fittings are needed, we will let you know in advance.
Payment
Some projects may require a deposit. The balance is payable on completion and collection. Payment methods are explained when the quote is confirmed.
Collection & care
We will notify you when your garment is ready. Please collect within a reasonable time after notice. We take good care of every garment but are not liable for loss not caused by our fault.
Nature of garments
Some garments have limits due to fabric, age or existing wear. We explain this honestly during consultation and proceed only with your agreement.
