We do not simply take in or shorten. We read the shoulder line, waist, hem proportion, the way fabric falls and the original construction — so an altered piece looks as though it was always this way.

Every stitch is a fresh judgement about a garment's life.
Good alteration should leave no trace of having been altered — it should look as though the garment was always this way. We reassess proportion, purpose, occasion and the emotional value and support a piece carries, so repair and redesign are functional, beautiful and sustainable at once.
One thread, from A to infinity.
Our mark is a single continuous line — beginning as an A, flowing into an infinity symbol, and resolving into a needle with an eye. It carries our belief: a garment's life need not end at one size or one season. With care, it can continue.
A certificate for every garment rescued.
Choosing to alter rather than discard is a small kindness to the planet. For every garment we repair or upcycle, we issue an ESG Garment Rescue Certificate recording the garment type, service and the estimated textile waste saved — so the gesture is visible.
A belief in continuation, dignity and circularity.
ESG Alter Studio is a social enterprise. Our work is not only about garments — it is about creating dignified, family-friendly employment for women while reducing textile waste. Part of our proceeds is donated to 智中和基金會 Equilibrium ESG Endeavours in support of its cultural and community work, so sustainability becomes an everyday act.
